Branches of Learning
Branches of Learning is a flexible, ready-to-use curriculum series that brings Jewish wisdom and regenerative agriculture to life through hands-on, land-based education. Designed for schools, synagogues, camps, and homeschool communities, each package includes five engaging lesson plans, four seasonal farm visits, and one partner-site experience. This adaptable program nurtures environmental stewardship, spiritual connection, and community through the agricultural traditions of our ancestors.
Field Days at Soil and Soul
Field Days at Soil & Soul offer immersive, hands-on experiences that connect participants to Jewish values and regenerative farming practices. Ideal for schools, synagogues, camps, and community groups, each Field Day includes a guided farm tour, seasonal agricultural tasks, and meaningful discussions on environmental stewardship through a Jewish lens. These visits foster a deeper connection to the land, community, and tradition in a vibrant outdoor classroom.
Farm School
Introduction to Regenerative Agriculture is a seven-week hybrid course that teaches the foundations of sustainable farming through both hands-on learning and weekly readings. Designed for teens and adults, this production-focused program integrates Jewish wisdom with practical skills in soil health, animal care, orchard management, and more. Perfect for schools, synagogues, and community groups, it equips participants to grow food ethically while deepening their connection to land and tradition.
shabbat under the stars
Shabbat Under the Stars is a summer dinner series hosted across the community where culinary artistry meets sacred rest. Set beneath the open sky, each gathering invites a guest chef to craft a seasonal, farm-inspired meal that reimagines Shabbat through food, community, and connection to the land. These intimate dinners offer a rare opportunity to slow down, share a table with neighbors, and digest with the rhythms of the week—without screens, without noise, and surrounded by the beauty of nature. Rooted in tradition, Shabbat Under the Stars is more than a meal—it’s a soulful pause.
