The art of shiitake mushroom cultivation is an ancient practice.  With the earliest known record dating back to 1209 during the Song Dynasty in China, the shiitake is revered in Asia for its culinary and medicinal qualities.  Join us this Wednesday for an introductory workshop on outdoor shiitake mushroom cultivation and learn how to grow these powerful medicines right in your own backyard.

After dealing with a series of hormonal health issues in 2019, Kelcie began to re-examine her relationship with food and medicine, leading her to study regenerative farming and herbalism throughout Central and North America. Now, Kelcie finds purpose in empowering others to practice regenerative ways of living that supports our health and the health of this planet.
