Fire Cider Workshop

  • Sunday November 5
  • 11am-3pm

Fire cider is a classic folk remedy used throughout the cold season to boost immunity, stimulate digestion, and circulate the blood. This simple vinegar based preparation is distinguished by its potent fiery sensation from herbs and vegetables like onion, garlic, horseradish, rosemary and whatever else the garden offers in your region and season. Come spend the day learning how to make and preserve your own fire cider just in time for winter.
